Damiano is not a Martian

Synopsis

Damiano does not communicate like ordinary people, he almost never speaks. To tell his life is the chorus of people who live around him.

The employees of the Bettolino are mostly disabled and through the work path they learn, with socialization, responsibility and respect for the rules and autonomy. Olga and Giancarlo, Damiano's mother and father, have spent a lot of time understanding autism and making it understood. They are sure that Damiano is happy to work; they know that working rewards him, makes him feel part of a project and makes him feel useful.

The working lives of the Bettolino boys tell different stories but with a single arrival. The camera follows Damiano and to tell his story help us the father, mother and his colleagues and through Damiano we manage to have a choral story of the whole cooperative and its protagonists.
