'''Rebuild''' is the password, among the wreckage of that system, through 30 thousands unemployed and the coming of the refugees from Kosovo, with hundreds of abandoned children and raped women led to prostitution, but also through the '''new''' cooperatives, led by the Non Governative Organizations (NGOs) that do social and agricultural international cooperation and aim development in and for the local territory.
