Synopsis

After the fall of the Ceauescu regime, many children in orphanages or from families in disasters came from the poorest areas of Romania and poured into the streets of Bucharest, especially at the North Station, trying to survive by begging, prostitution and living in the underground channels of the hot water pipes that cross the city.

What has changed for these children 16 years after the fall of the Ceauescu regime?
