YIUANA

In the ancient village of Cedogno, from which the whole Val d'''Enza valley can be dominated, Vittorio Cavalli is at home with his son, waiting for visits. He shows his museum of lockets to anyone who goes to visit him, they are the result of years of collecting: clusters of lockets are in his home, others fill the basement, many hang in perfect order from the walls of the adjacent museum: objects from all historic periods and places. But the story begins in 1942, when young Vittorio must leave for the war and he is missing a padlock to close his home with. Then an old farmer, in the dead of the winter, walks several kilometers under the snow, with wooden clogs on his feet to bring him 'something to close the home with'.
