Mister Rossi goes to Lapland

Eight men pretending to be film directors with a blonde strange guy wich sells himself as “Elia the painter” travel to Sodankyla with a small van full of wine and food, and all the necessary things to build a travelling movie teather, the so called “CineCirco”.

The organisation of the Midnight Sun Film Festival assigned them the management of the New Italian Cinema Area. They pass trough the Eastern Europe, stopping everyfew screening movies, cooking typical italian food, interviewing directors of Film Schools, students, ambassadors and consuls, common people and young ladies. Their symbol is a pig.
