Synopsis

Pietro Ingrao, 97 years old, tells his story by talking at a distance with an 80s student, distracted during the study by the radio that broadcasts Ingrao's intervention at the XVI PCI congress (March 1983).

A long interview carried out from January to June '12 while a meticulous archival research has allowed the recovery of unpublished recordings.

In the film, the counterpoint to Ingrao is his sister Giulia, a young 90-year-old.

A passionate work on a man who crossed the twentieth century going beyond.
